In early 2021, I identified how challenging it was to buy and manage NFTs as a group. The team agreed this was a challenge worthy of solving and I sketched out the entirety of the original service in a user flow diagram before we began building. I also drafted research plans and talked to users to inform our service and completed our Brand Kit including logo creation.
We secured notable partnerships with DivineDAO and MeebitsDAO in addition to launching our own Alpha Birds collection to capitalize as a group on the launch of Proof’s Moonbirds collection. I also orchestrated and executed a large scale event during NFT NYC 2021 in under a month with our partners Upshot, DivineDAO, Genie, and the artist shl0ms. In my final projects with the team, I completed the Proposal system to track all proposals across the platform and finally implemented a new design system leveraging Material Design in order to speed up the workflow from Design to Engineering, improve consistency, and elevate legibility.
